A letter from our president
On behalf of the Panhellenic Executive Board and the entire Greek community, welcome to the Panhellenic community at Florida Atlantic University.
Joining Panhellenic is a lifelong commitment to philanthropy, values, scholarship, and sisterhood. Across campus, thousands of women work every day to better themselves, uplift one another, and leave a meaningful impact on FAU and the community.
We are proud to collaborate with our fellow Greek councils, including the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the Unified Greek Council (UGC), and the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Through joint programming, shared events, and campus initiatives, we work together to create a unified, supportive, and empowering Greek experience for all.
Panhellenic is a powerful network of women who challenge, inspire, and show up for each other with unwavering support. Over the past year, our community has raised thousands of dollars for philanthropic causes and dedicated hundreds of hours to service. Giving back is at the heart of who we are; it is the foundation on which our organizations were built. We lead with purpose, serve with intention, and continually look for ways to make a difference beyond ourselves.
Within the Greek community, we are excited for you to find a space where you feel safe to grow, encouraged to explore who you are, and surrounded by people who celebrate your victories, both big and small.
Our goal is for you to find a sisterhood that empowers you, helps you pursue your goals, and supports you as you continue to learn and grow. Greek Life has the power to shape you in ways that last long after your time at Florida Atlantic University.
As you begin this experience, remember that there is no single “right” way to navigate Panhellenic Life. This process isn’t about fitting into a mold. It's about finding the place that aligns with who you are and who you hope to become. Choose the space where you feel seen, valued, and heard. Approach this journey with an open heart and mind, and trust that there is a place for you here.
For me, becoming a Panhellenic woman has been one of the most meaningful decisions of my life. This community is my home, and it has shaped me into the leader, sister, friend, and woman I am today. I cannot wait for you to find your home here at Florida Atlantic University and experience the same sense of belonging, sisterhood, and love that make this community so special.
With Panhellenic Pride,
Victoria Baril
2026 Panhellenic President
